It is hard to tell from the picture but I think the arms will adjust in, they should slide into the base part of the arm. You do however have pretty long wipers themselves. You need 7 1/2" ones. I got mine at Restoration Supply. Part number ACC081. $6.00 each.
(Your frame's chrome is a lot nicer, 85 Canadian winters on mine!)
