The a-frame type mount was used up to 1950 and somehow did a good job of supporting the engines. Thee two tiny screws did no actual supporting but simply held the mount assembly together.

Looks like nice work but if you’re going for authenticity, you made an interesting choice of colors as I believe the engine and transmission should be grey with the a-frame being the same color. Basically, the engine and transmission were painted as a unit so was all one color.
