I'd find out the head bolt torque spec, then assemble the parts and tighten the removed head bolt to about 80% of the recommended torque. Then go over ALL the head bolts, using a good torque wrench, in the proper order and be sure they are all at recommended torque. Be sure the bolt hole is clean and free of coolant or debris. Be sure the air cleaner brace is located correctly before tightening the head bolt.
