My car is defrosted! Getting a bout of warmer weather here so maybe I can finish my antenna motor. I tried to media blast the housing a week ago, but the window fogged up instantly! Too cold out there I guess. I'll try to get to it soon.

Once I get everything cleaned up, what is the best way to lubricate it? There is felt at the bottom of the motor housing (where the ball bearing was resting). Should I apply oil to that? Should I just put grease on any rotating parts? I have no idea. I know I'll have to avoid getting anything on the channel in the gear that the nylon tube rides in so it will grip it. I'll have to see if those gears come off. Didn't look too closely at it yet.
