What is the diameter of your duct end?. I have what I think is an ARA flange which is also petrified and may have shrunk. It could have been an 1/8 or so larger originally but right now it measures 3 7/8 ID x 5 3/8 OD x 1. I have material left over and if it would fit your duct I would give a go toward trying a couple of castings.
