On the clevis pin to hold the pilot spring, the hole on our bell housing is 7/32nds, so the 3/16th pin from McMaster was too sloppy. John drilled it for a common 1/4" pin you can cut to desired length, and now it's snug and better yet, installed.
Painting is finished and front support installed with new rubber so the water pump doesn't have to hold up the engine anymore.
I know you guys have never seen a Packard 356 before, but I'm excited. Except at the factory, I think this is the best it's ever been.
