Daytona has been rebuilding carburetors for the public for a very long time, at least 20 years. What they recently ceased doing was the high level of cosmetic restoration, mostly colorizing of the castings, electroplating, etc. They did the dual Rochesters on my Carib nearly 15 years ago, never had to touch them after the initial setup.
