SPEEDO: Good to know, West. Right now it's in the hands of UPS.
WIRING: Here's a picture of the relays installed by professionals at Donaldson Auto Electric in Portland. This connects to the on/off switch so when the thermostat turns the fan on I can still shut it off.
Also a photo of the 2 sizes of disconnects I bought to extend wires and remove components. I'm interested in the relay idea, but the example installed in my car is contributing more to the mess than the organization.
The sanding and new clear coat are an improvement allowing me to touch up a few nicks before applying the urethane. The final is smoother.
