I found this a while back, Although there aren't any locations in OR they might be worth a look as there are dealers in CA.

Anyone else heard anything about these guys? Depending on the price seems a lot easier that gravel or acid strips in the garage and then trying to coat the inside of the tank.http://www.gastankrenu.com/
