Hank, nothing like the feeling one gets when starting an engine they rebuilt. Congratulations!

You may not want to do any more of these quick running sessions. The reason is to avoid damage to camshaft and lifters. If new, they need to be run-in at a fast idle for several minutes for a proper break-in. Check with others (Jack Vines) on this procedure, but this is what I think is needed.
