37 115C Grill

Does anyone have info on how to reassemble the grill of the 115C? The horizontal pieces that hold the Vertical grill slatts at an even interval have a 180 degree twist between each vertical grill slat. Is there anyone living that posesses this skill? Greatlly appreciate any info on how to get my grill back together now that is has been disassembled for replating. Richard
