One of my favorite quotes from a Tom Hanks movie was in "Saving Private Ryan". There was a scene where the group, led by Hanks character, was moving behind the lines and they were expressing their doubts to Capt. Miller about their mission. To paraphrase Hanks said that you don't bitch down you bitch up. You guys bitch to me, but I do not bitch to you, I bitch up the chain. Or something like that. Class act. Don't forget his role in "Castaway" one of my favorites.
