You have a great start! And I like you solving your problems yourself, but don't forget we're here to help. The motor serial number is stamped on the top of the block to the right of the oil filler pipe. Verify that it is the original engine. It will be the same 5682-4487 number that is on the doorpost tag. The reason I say to check the engine is the red color. I notice your air cleaner is on backwards. Turn it 180 degrees. The fuel line from the pump to the gas filter is steel and you should be able to pick up a length of line with the fittings already on it and bend it to shape. The electric switches all have internal brass contacts and can be carefully disassembled, polished to look like new and reassembled.
The front end has probably not been molested because the whiskers under the parking lights wrap around and are tucked under the grille as they should be. We'll all be looking forward to see your progress.
