I used the BTV rebuild kit from Kanter's and the gasket was changed regarding the hole in question.
As instruction I used Ross's "How to: Rebuild the Bendix-Treadlevac Master Brake Cylinder" manual.https://packardinfo.com/xoops/html/modules/article/view.article.php?c8/404
