Carburetor help

I have recently revived a 57' Clipper. After overhauling and repairing the ignition, cleaning the fuel system etc. We were able to get it to run intermittently. Diagnosing a fuel delivery problem, I opened up the carb and found the float hanging on the carb body and or hinge pin and now have it running at idle till the cows come home. It will fire right up cold or warm and idle like a dream.
The accelerator pump is of course toast however, even with a slow advance of the throttle there is a distinct and definite dead spot between idle and primary circuits. Once and when able to get it on the primary circuit it seems to be ok but hard to tell with the exhaust leaks for sure.
I have checked for vacuum leaks externally and can not locate any. I have yet to block off the brake vacuum and the distributor advance.

There is no ID tag on the 2Brl Stromberg carb and best I can find from research is it should be a WW series. Neither can I find any parts or resources for these carbs.

Am looking for resource for parts or info on other model carbs that will not require major modifications to work.
There is no supercharger (either removed or not equiped?).
All I have been able to locate for replacement carb's both either have manual choke and or require an adapter to mount to the 1 7/8"x 3 1/4" bolt pattern for the manifold.

Even a temporary standin carb would suffice for now so we can get it out of Ma's backyard and on the drive to begine brake and exhaust work to get it at least drivable and back on the road.

TIA for any help.

Scott
