Now that I think about it, that is not the Connor plant, but rather the extreme northern portion of the Packard EGB plant, the Rolls Royce engine portion that was added for the war, and used by Packard after the war. The house visible behind "Jessie" might still be on Concorde ave, then again, maybe not.
