There's a few for sale but they want real Packard prices. There was 1 at an auction in Texas a few months ago and high bid was $43k IIRC. It was a 33 roadster.
And most of the time they run on a SBC, how hard is it to put a post war Packard drive train in it? They're not that hard to obtain.
