Under the cam rocker covers there are dowels that hold those bearings in place besides the mentioned fuel pump pushrod.

Those bearings have a nasty habit of seizing in place, so if the dowels and what not have been removed then patiently soaking the bearings with Gumout, Kroil, Liquid Wrench, or whatever, and gentle heating should free them. Don't use the hammer method because that will chip the oil pump drive gear and cause a tapping noise.

Sometimes you have to be patient to get those motors apart.
