My two cents on the Cloud that you reference is that while it looks like a pretty decent job, anyone remotely interested in automobiles can tell from 80 feet away that it's a chop job...
... and a chop job equals "shade tree" in most hobbyists eyes. I think that Cloud would be worth more as a nicely restored sedan.
