Start here, 1986 Ford LTD Crown Victoria, $14.99 from Oreilly auto parts and IIRC, has the outlets on the correct side. Part #10-1518. And yeah, it's probably made in China but at least it's priced accordingly.

Also, IIRC, this is the master cylinder that I used on my '56 Patrician, and had zero issues using a master cylinder that came from a car that originally had a disc/drum combination, because I didn't have a proportioning valve to contend with. If you use a modern master cylinder that does give you un-equal braking, you can always add an adjustable proportioning valve and dial it in to your liking. The only time I've had to do that was with a 4 wheel disc setup I did on my old '49 Hudson.
