Guscha it looks like that car was heavily influenced by General Motors styles of about 1953 to 56. I see hints of Cadillac, Buick, and even Oldsmobile 98. But it does not look like a copy of any one car.

While we are discussing who copied who, the Americans kept a close eye on European styles in the 50s. The 1953 Corvette was a fairly direct steal of the "barchetta" style originated in Italy but copied by many sports car makers throughout Europe. No doubt there are other examples of US automakers copying Europe, and Europe copying the US.

I don't know of anyone copying a Soviet car though.
