Guscha there is another interpretation of the V8 in the old Z 110. It is common practice to change one component at a time for evaluation purposes, and to install a new engine in an old chassis for testing during the development process.

As usual I have not looked at your whole thread, I just don't have the bandwidth. But the part I saw was interesting.

Re that 1946 photo of the maroon car. Did Soviet mechanics really wear their hair that long in 1946?
