Oro Valley, AZ - Classic Car Show

I attended a local car show today in northwest Tucson and despite the 100 degree heat; I survived. There were approximately two hundred cars, of which two were Packards today! And between the Packards, they were awarded 3 trophies. My '55 was awarded first place for best 1950's domestic auto and it was also recognized as best in show for its engine compartment! The other Packard in attendance was a '54 Clipper hard-top. That owner parked across from me and we spent the day referring attendees to one another. Attendees, through our examples got to see first hand the changes made by Packard from 1954 to 1955. The Clipper was awarded Best in show for its paint.

Here are a few pictures of some cars.
