July Austin Cars & Coffee

Drove the Model A Roadster to the event. Got there early as it is going to be a hot day. There was one Packard being shown. A nice 1941 One-Twenty Convertible Coupe. It has the running board delete, which I prefer with these 19th series cars. It may have been at Salado this year, I will have to check. Owner was not around so I did not get a chance to learn any more about it. There was a larger than normal turn out for this month's event. Mostly newer stuff, but a good sprinkling of older and interesting vehicles.

Checked my Salado roster and the Packard is not from this area, but I believe it to be the same car. Wonder what it is doing in Austin?
