Mike, I tried the site again and there were photos this time. Thanks for sharing them. My two favorite Packards were the 22nd series Custom Eight Club Sedan with an original interior. A rare and beautiful Packard. Then there was the freshly restored 1937 120B Convertible Sedan. Just as nice as they come.

No awards for the 55 Clipper, but many comments on the unrestored appearance with some saying they had never seen an original interior in one of these cars.

Enjoyed the company of you and your wife and Hayden in the 55 Clipper on the Early Bird Tour. Thanks for being the co-pilot.

I wonder what the chances are of having both Packards who stopped running on the tour to be the 1955 Caribbean in front of us and the 1947 Clipper Eight Sedan in back of us?

Here are photos of the Packards in the above discussion. The Caribbean suffered from a burned rotor. The 47 Clipper suffered from a variety of fuel and ignition problems. The Caribbean was able to return to the Stagecoach after a replacement rotor was installed. The Clipper had to put on a flat bed tow truck to be returned.
