Maybe I should stand back here. It was me (and not the owner) who said it was a 1930. This based on the photo I took of the Rollston letter in my previous post.

Notice the body style number of 430 - I assumed the 400 series of numbers related to 1930.

Notice the date of the letter as September 4, 1930. This was at the end of the 1930 build year and the very beginning of the 1931 build year. So there may be a number of overlapping parts and options. It is a custom-bodied car.

Again, the owner did a lot of research on this car and I will leave the details up to him to explain. If anyone wants to contact the owner I can put you in touch with him. Just PM me.
