You do not have to be a PAC member to register and attend the events. However, if you want your car judged, then you do have to be a PAC member.
Technically, the public is welcome to look at the cars while they are in town. But this is still a
private, week-long series of events that are open only to the
registered attendees.
There are numerous campgrounds in the Traverse City area - just do a quick Google search and you will find many options and all are close to the host hotel.
