My parents had a '50 Nash and it's the first car I actually remember. It was lemon yellow and had the seats that converted to a bed. My dad t-boned a car that ran a red light in downtown Los Angeles and that was the end of the Nash. It was probably the ultimate example of the slab-sided, rounded-rear design that Packard, Ford, Mercury, Lincoln, Hudson, Fraser, and Kaiser all adapted to one degree or another in the late 40's and early 50's. A design that was very popular for a very short period. I like it, very Flash Gordon.
