I know there is another Packard on THE ISLAND OF IRELAND, but not in the Republic of Ireland.

If this is a little cryptic you may remember that part of the island of Ireland is still under UK control and therefore is a different country.

It would be like me saying there are US Packard owners in Canada, same land mass, different country.
