That 745 touring speaks well for a 40 year restoration by Hibernia.

The only thing I ever saw wrong with that car was they put a tubed radiator in it rather than cellular, they used plastic instead of glass on one of the gauges, and I think the trunk should be painted fender color.

For some reason Turnquist thought those cars should be retrofitted with tubed radiators. We always had good results with a high quality, but expensive, cellular re-core. I never saw any meaningful proof that a tubed radiator worked better. That is - show me the data.

The touring car may look heavier with the top up, but I think they look great with the top down.

Oh, it also had a fuel bowl from a lawn mower or tractor, but that is rather minor.
