Just a heads up the normal room rate at the hotel the event is being held at is $107 a night. But if book in advance through the DoubleTree Hotel and prepay the room, you can get it for $76 a night (Advance Purchase Rate). Every little bit helps!

Just thought I would past this along for you folks that may be going.
