Holy Smokes! My Packard was awarded a 1st place in it's class at this afternoon's Tucson Cops & Rodders 4th Annual show at Hi Corbett Field. The Packard took top spot in the 1949 to 1959 stock domestic class. It was awesome and there were 630 cars total attending. All day long people trickled by and I fielded compliments by the dozens. People do love Packards!
I even managed to help a few lost darlings that wandered by and looked startled. I think it was all the chrome and the polished stainless that made them temporarily speechless. Given their condition, I just had to help so to speak. You all would have do the same!
