You didn't mention a year but I suspect all the 6v cars would be very similar. The 37, 41, 42 and a couple of other wiring diagrams say 14ga was used for the headlights. The most thorough and best reading quality diagram to download and get a general idea of what size was used on anything would be the 42 20th series although the colors may have differed by year so wouldn't use it for that.https://www.packardinfo.com/xoops/html/downloads/wirediagrams/1942%2020th%20Series%20All.pdf

Most of the loom places sell the proper color wiring by the foot. You would need to identify the color and pattern of what you need unless you have a wiring chart that calls it out.
