Gosh, BDC. Wow! A 1937 Packard 110! That's got to be one of the rarest of all Packards. I'm sure there can't be more than several thousand still in existence. If I had $80,000 laying around, this would definitely be my first choice in Packards, especially with a Chevrolet small block V-8.

But seriously, it bothers me a lot that some moron would dump an engine as good as the original straight 6 that came with this car. I rode in a similar car -- a 1938 110 -- and I liked it a lot. It may have been Packard's lowest priced car that year, but there was nothing cheap about it and restored as it was, the 110 was certainly a great looking model.

I know that there is a place in this world for customs. I guess I just don't like to see Packards as such.
