It appears to be a 51 200 sedan in base trim but I believe the interior has been redone or at the least had carpet installed instead of the rubber mat that would have been in a standard 200. Can't make out the 3rd digit of VN but would be a 9 if the base sedan.

Aside from the modern wiring there are a few other interesting things under the hood-- the blue extra ground cable to starter and a hose on the wiper motor washer port going somewhere besides where it would normally go.

A decent car to start a project with but not thinking I would be bidding where he is wanting the bidding to begin.
