Apologies for digressing.
Though a purist at heart I do enjoy mechanical challenges and this will be one that is far more challenging than just installing a production diesel. My friend Ed up in NH who appears to have entirely too much time on his hands has been working for some time on making a SOHC cam version of a Packard 356 engine. There is some commentary on the PAC forum for those with interest. It will ultimely be installed in a 1936 "120" club sedan.
