You might have the wrong Baldrige. The 42 160 was owned by Elward Baldridge who was a commander during WWII and was promoted to the permanent rank of Rear Admiral after the war.

I'd buy it except that it doesn't fit into my current situation. I was at a meeting last month and one of the engineers was working 14 hour days.

When I was a kid Baldridge offered me a commission at Annapolis. I turned it down because I already had an offer to work in applied math in New York City. Reagan was president and there was no chance in hell I would swear allegiance to him. Besides that, I probably would have been put onto a submarine, the San Pablo, or something else of no use. Sure I would be retired by 50 but I'd have lived a screwed up life. Elward had a terrible drinking problem.
