Thanks for digging this one out, not the usual type of car found at government surplus auctions, specifically:http://www.govliquidation.com/auction/view?auctionId=8434524&convertTo=USD

Odd choice of color, that turquoise looks more like what they painted 23rd Series cars. The door jams show a light gray which looks more authentic.....and more appropriate! Interior appears extremely nice. The description notes it was sold new in Salinas, CA, likely a solid, rust-free example.
