That '53 Clipper is a Sportster, one can tell by the hardtop-style door panel visible in this photo. The stainless steel B-pillar trims aren't visible enough on the outside.
The car has been for sale for years on and off on CL. It might be worth your time to investigate it further in the event it might be bought for a lower price.
