I'm intrigued by all the back and forth on this car after I posted the link. So, it could be a 120 that was customized some time long ago with junk yard parts off of a Henney hearse or flower car. To be honest, something did look strange to me about the hood sides, but I couldn't quite figure it out. I doubt very much that Henney did the modifications as the seller claims. I'd be interested in seeing a shot of the engine, or at least knowing the serial number to determine if it is a 356 and not a 282. I recently looked at a 1942 120 Convertible Coupe that was modified sometime after WWII with a Senior 356 CI and an aftermarket Edmunds manifold with a dual carb set up. Bet that car performed well in its day. Unfortunately, it was extremely rough when I saw it. It was pretty rusty and the interior was completely gutted.

Update: The seller has taken down the ad for the '41 Coupe. Not sure if it was sold or not.
