Regarding the 818's, I'd opine that a run of RHD cars was done early in their manufacture so they could then concentrate on LHD cars thereafter.

No need to thank me, just doing "my job". Although in this instance I'm more like a puppet because in effect I'm disseminating info on behalf of the auction. Still, it gets the word out there about some Packards coming on the market.
