1953 Packard Mayfair (picture heavy)

1953 Packard Mayfair Hardtop Coupe for sale on Facebook Marketplace, located a little bit north east of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I am acquainted with the gentleman, who goes by Richard/Rick, who owns it and would be willing to visit him to take additional photos or video if a forum member is serious about the car. It's currently listed for $4500 CAD, which as of the time of this posting is just under $3500 USD.
It is non-running and the engine is disassembled. Parts are in the trunk. It is registered to the current owner and he can be messaged on facebook marketplace. It has a 327. I have visited his collection before and as I recall the car is essentially complete, but I did not take a full inventory of any missing parts. The body looks solid, but I did not have a chance to look under the car. The seats can be cleaned up and saved.
