Yes I would think your head must be spinning.
I can only guess the owner of the collection may have passed or developed more serious heath problems.
I viewed the collection a couple years ago when I bought a S-8 engine from the owner thanks to your contact information.
I wish him and you all the best of luck with the disposal.
