Kanter Packardkanter.com/packard/pac-450.html lists sets (Group 4.1100) and Dwight Heinmullerpackardparts.org/ also lists them. Napa has a few universal sets you will have to cut to fit and terminate on one end that might be appropriate looking as well.

Max Merrittmaxmerrittauto.com/ doesn't list any but he and packardslstores.ebay.com/packards1 are other Packard vendors you might need from time to time.
