I have not but maybe Ross has. With some of the compounds available today I wouldn't think it impossible but new is probably safer and available. If the diaphragm you need is the one labeled group 1.358 shown in this later parts illustration they are the same 52-54. Apparently changed for 55 and later. Max has
new if you want to go that way.
There is a firm
midwestbooster.com/index.html probably reasonably close to you that has done Treadlevac work for some on site. Perhaps they could give an opinion on whether yours is repairable.
