Probably the last update. I'm helping my friend on this pump and I'm starting to feel the check valve is too loose and sticking, but not all the time. Sometimes it will get about 200lbs to raise top and windows, but then just fail.
Looking at the close-up of the valve shows the part we touched up, but looking close, it's not in that good of shape.
I just wanted to say thank you for the tip on the top cover being upside down. It was my mistake.
Going to look at alternatives now. Thank everyone for your help.
