Power antenna was an accessory. Until 55 Packard frequently treated things optional as a separate item. If it had electrical requirements, they may not have been part of the regular schematics. Schematics were generally included on the same piece of paper as installation instructions and shipped with the item. In this case what there is of an antenna schematic is in the 51-4 service manual accessories section.
