Actually it looks like your color scheme is Matador Maroon. Same as mine. Paint scheme U, Trim code 76.

Exterior of the top should be white and interior black.

The top was not a canvas cloth but rather more of vinyl type of material. Others here can give you the exact name. Regardless, it is no longer produced. My local trim guy came up with a decent substitute.
