All six washers should be copper. There are no lockwashers. The pump does not require grade 5 bolts. You can verify all this yourself by looking at the parts manual and also how to install the water pump in the shop manual. These books are there for your assistance.
I personally would install the old pump with all copper washers and verify that it doesn't leak. Then i would carry the new pump in the trunk. I carry a spare fuel pump and water pump as Packard garages are few and far between.
