4 barrel carter carb,won't run engine at iddle, keep stalling

when cold, run fine with choke on, as soon as engine is warm, will die, unless idling at 1300 rpm.
carb. was rebuilt, acc. pump jets are throwing gaz to the intake , no vacuum loss ??
